about

recorded july 31st

I wrote the Sunny Day part of this song back in March about a late night conversation I had with a friend, the Are Ya Winning Son part was it's own song I wrote in July but they were similar enough to combine

lyrics

They ask you "are ya winning son?"
But they, they don't know what winning is no more
They ask you "are ya winning son?"
But they don't know the sun don't come no more

We stayed up until the morning
And we were (?)
(?) they were all on display
And it was not a sunny day

I look outside my window
And all I see's the pouring rain
The tiredness and (?)

They find my way
Oh, they find my way
They find my way
How they find my way

They ask you "are ya winning son?"
But they don't know the sun don't come
They ask you "are ya winning son?"
But they don't know what winning is no more

We stayed up until the morning
And we were (?)
(?) they were all on display
And it was not a sunny day

But it was not a sunny day
And it was not a sunny day
